Adam Bloom was 18 months old when his parents nicknamed him “The Voice”! When he was 10, he told them he was going to be a comedian. By the age of 23, he was.
Adam Bloom is undoubtedly one of Britain’s most exciting and original stand-up comedians. He has performed sell-out solo shows at the ‘96, ’97, ’98, ’99, 2001 & 2004 Edinburgh Festivals and in February - March 1999 he performed a twenty-nine date solo tour of Britain. Adam has also performed at comedy festivals in Montreal, Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington, Kilkenny and Cape Town.

No stranger to awards, Adam Bloom won the Time Out Award for Best Stand-up comedian and the Polygram Punter Comedy Award at Edinburgh, both in 1998.
A true veteran of his craft and much admired by critics and fellow comics alike, Adam is never afraid to voice his opinion on a variety of subjects including his own talent and why isn’t he a megastar, but refuses to rely on smut for laughs.

Janice Phayre
A little Irish fireball, full of energy and a lil bit naughty, this act will embarrass some and entertain all. With her Impish charm and naughty style she will throw some of the funniest scenes comedy has to offer.
Janice formed double act "Susan and Janice" with Susan Earl in 1999 when they brought "Sparkling" to the Edinburgh Festival. Since then they have taken three other shows to Edinburgh and in 2002 toured Britain with their show "Out of Our Heads".

In 2004 she was invited to the Melbourne Comedy Festival with FREEDUMB a show that she co-wrote with Phil Nichol for the Edinburgh Festival.

The first ever female winner of the prestigious Comedy Store King Gong award, Karen was also a BBC New Comedy Awards Showcase final and Babycham Funny Women finalist, all when launching onto the UK comedy circuit in 2003. Brummie Karen has quickly picked up a whole host of rave reviews, comedy awards and references from her peers. Her material surprises with inspired and sparkling punchlines, with comic timing that is rarely less than brilliant. Already a rising star on TV and radio, she has appeared on The Last Word, Take The Mike, Sex on the Job, The Fred Macauley Show and a regular on Radio 5 Live.

Your host for th evening will be Mike Belgrave, Mike has been a full time performing stand up comedian for many years now is very much sought after all around the country as an act and comedy host.
